SVG ARCHIVES by NEIGHBORHOOD has released a look at their 2009 2nd Series Collection for the Fall/Winter season. Complimented by t-shirts, the line also includes vests, jackets and cardigans. Look for these to be released at NEIGHBORHOOD retailers including HOODS.
